Last fall, we engaged one another in worship with a sermon series focused on “Make it Simple”—Following Jesus, Facing the Truth, Acting Together, Sharing Enough. We thank you for your feedback and encouragement as you responded to this series.
During the emphasis, we shared a little pamphlet, 5 Simple Stories: The Soul of Ministry, in which five members and friends of the congregation told their stories, each in their own way, of how they have been blessed by these ministries. But these are just five stories among the hundreds of thousands. You too may have a story you would like to share. We encourage you to do so by posting your thoughts on our Facebook Page and/or you may wish to share it in upcoming issues of the LMIC Newsletter (send to Pastor Robb) Join in the conversation. We would love to hear from you.
Our “Make it Simple” series concluded with an opportunity and invitation to respond with a commitment to make a difference through the ministries of LMIC—a commitment to support these ministries with our time, our talents, and our treasures. If you have not done so and wish to register your pledge, download the Estimate of Giving Card and bring to the church office. It is not too late. You make a difference.
